Job summary

TDCX Group in Singapore is seeking an on-site Workforce Administrative officer to manage leaves, attendance, scheduling and related duties, while ensuring accurate data collection and timely reporting. You will provide feedback to improve tools, resources, and procedures to streamline workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong time management, ability to multitask across systems, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field is required.
• 2 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

• Proficient with computers and multiple systems, able to learn new ones.

• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Trend and track performance, as well as compiling monthly and yearly agent KPI reports.
• Highlight any performance deviations to the immediate superior for necessary action to be taken.
• Ensure that all data are collected, and are useable, relevant, accurate, representative and objective.
• Complete all daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports and dispatch to target audience on time.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses strong time management skills and the motivation to exceed expectations.
