Job Summary:

THE TEAM

This is a hybrid role requiring both excellent design and development skills. You will help Tixcraft develop enterprise websites, landing pages, CRM templates, and campaign assets for B2B and B2C marketing, contributing creative and technical ideas to achieve marketing KPIs and drive engagement across client and event audiences.

You will collaborate with departments like Client Management and work directly with clients and senior stakeholders across Ticketmaster globally.

THE JOB

Your responsibilities include creating online graphic content, understanding digital trends, designing with user experience in mind, and adhering to brand and technical standards. You will be involved from ideation to delivery, requiring strong communication and project management skills to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality outputs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Create and deliver designs for Ticketmaster’s online platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and branding assets.
  • Design, build, and maintain CRM templates.
  • Develop marketing deliverables for Singapore’s B2B and B2C markets.
  • Perform HTML5 design work for on-site advertisements.
  • Ensure all work aligns with corporate branding and technical guidelines.
  • Take technical ownership of front-end code, following best practices.
  • Understand and align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Create instructions and tutorials for international markets.
  • Improve design processes and collaborate across teams.
  • Make actionable design decisions that support business priorities.
  • Enhance user experience across multiple touchpoints.
  • Work with Client Managers on festival, event, and e-commerce designs, including mobile.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental policies.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital design within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Sketch, and Illustrator.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Distiller).
  • Intermediate HTML & CSS (HTML5 preferred).
  • Experience with Macromedia Flash, MS Office, digital imaging, UX design, and web trends.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
