Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage showroom operations and engage with clients. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, maintaining showroom presentation, and providing administrative support. Candidates should possess a minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and have at least one year of customer service experience. A customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills are essential. Weekend work may be required.

  • Welcome and check in customers and manage the Sales Executive turn system.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation, including display vehicles.
  • Serve refreshments and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties.

Job description

Location: Queenstown MRT

Working Days: 5-day work week
Working Hours: Shifts (Depending on schedule)

  • Mon – Sat: 8:30am – 4:00pm / 4:30pm / 5:30pm / 7:00pm, 9:00am – 6:00pm / 7:00pm, 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Sun & Public Holidays: 9:30am – 5:00pm / 5:30pm / 6:00pm, 10:00am – 6:00pm

Job Scope:

  • Welcome and check in customers, manage the Sales Executive turn system, and respond to enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation, including display vehicles.
  • Serve refreshments and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as required.
