Job description

Company Information :

A golf and entertainment venue in Singapore features a dinosaur-themed mini golf course, a multi-tiered driving range, and advanced indoor simulators. It also offers dining options like a café, beer garden, and sports bar, catering to both casual visitors and corporate events.

Working Hours :

6 days per week @ 44hrs - 50hrs per week

8 - 9 hours per day (including 1 hour of breaktime)

3 different shift pattern (earliest start on morning 9am - last shift end on night 11pm)

Job Scope :

  • Greet guests and check them in upon arrival.

  • Provide information about the facilities and services available.

  • Assist in making reservations for guests.

  • Answer inquiries regarding the driving range, pricing, equipment rental, and promotions.

  • Oversee rental of golf clubs, balls, and other equipment.

  • Ensure equipment is properly sanitized and in good condition.

  • Handle transactions for fees, rentals, and any additional services

  • Issue receipts and process payments (cash, card, etc.).

  • Report any maintenance issues to management.

  • Work closely with the operations team, instructors, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements :

  • Well-groomed & Presentable

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Candidates have customer service experience is preferable

  • Able to communicate with English-speaking and Mandarin-speakingcustomers.
