Job summary

A premier automotive dealership in Singapore is seeking a front desk executive to greet customers, manage inquiries, and maintain showroom presentation. The ideal candidate has a minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level and at least one year of customer service experience. Responsibilities also include serving refreshments and supporting admin tasks. The role requires working on weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level required.
  • At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in customers as they arrive.
  • Manage the Sales Executive queue system.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation.
  • Serve refreshments and ensure a pleasant visit.

Working Hours: Office hours Roatating shifts but still within office hours

Working Days: 5-day/week (including weekends & PH)

Job Scope:
  • Greet and check-in customers; manage Sales Executive queue system
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to general enquiries
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation of display vehicles
  • Serve refreshments and ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors
  • Support admin tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
  • At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
