Greet and assist walk-in guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming calls and direct them efficiently
Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming
Handle admin duties like filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
Professional in appearance and attitude
A team player who can also work independently
