Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Associate who will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment, assist with daily operations, and support the studio’s sales and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and walk-ins warmly and professionally
  • Manage class check-ins and client bookings using the studio’s management system - MindBody
  • Handle inquiries (in-person, calls, WhatsApp, emails) promptly and accurately
  • Support membership sales by explaining packages, promotions, and studio offerings
  • Process transactions for class packages, memberships, and retail products
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk, classrooms, and retail areas
  • Support instructors and operations team with daily studio needs
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, client follow-ups, and basic reporting
  • Promote a positive and supportive community culture in the studio
  • Occasionally assist with studio events and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport easily
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Familiarity with basic computer systems (experience with MindBody is a plus)
  • Interest or background in wellness, yoga, or fitness preferred
  • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or front desk roles is a plus
