Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist!

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our education centre!

As the first point of contact for students and their families, you will play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and reassuring experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you'll provide top-notch front desk and customer service support.

️ Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome Visitors

  • Offer a warm and professional welcome to all students, parents, and guests

  • Create a reassuring and positive first impression of our centre

2. Handle Inquiries

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in questions

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our programmes and services

3. Manage Student Matters

  • Oversee student registration and maintain up-to-date records

  • Handle course fee collection and ensure proper documentation

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build friendly and professional relationships with students and families

  • Address and resolve concerns with care, empathy, and efficiency

5. Provide Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the centre

Working Hours

Wednesday to Sunday: 8:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Off Days: Monday & Tuesday
