Job Description

As our Front Desk Receptionist, You will manage daily front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure every customer is welcomed warmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome walk-in customers and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries promptly
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk/reception area
  • Perform daily administrative and operational support duties
  • Liaise with beauticians and internal team to ensure smooth client servicing
  • Promote and explain services or packages to clients (training will be provided)
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to speak English and basic Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Well-groomed, responsible, and service-oriented
  • At least 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
