We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our education centre.

As the first point of contact for our students and their families, your role is essential in creating a warm and professional experience for all who walk through our doors.

About the Role

In this full-time position, you will provide exceptional front desk and administrative support while contributing to a positive, well-organised, and efficient environment.

️ Responsibilities

1. Greet & Welcome Visitors

  • Ensure all visitors are greeted warmly and professionally
  • Create a welcoming and reassuring first impression

2. Handle Inquiries

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries
  • Provide accurate information about our educational programmes

3. Manage Student Matters

  • Oversee student registration and records
  • Collect course fees and ensure timely documentation

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families
  • Address and resolve any customer concerns with care and professionalism

5. Provide Administrative Support

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Ensure smooth running of centre operations

6. General Support

  • Support the centre management team as needed
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive work culture
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Prior front desk or customer service experience, ideally in an education or service-focused setting
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English; able to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic office tools
  • Positive Attitude: Friendly, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping others
