Job summary

A premium automobile dealership in Singapore is looking for a Receptionist to handle customer inquiries and manage showroom activities. Responsibilities include greeting customers, ensuring showroom tidiness, and performing general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a friendly attitude. Working hours are flexible, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Experienced as Receptionist or customer service ground job.
  • Customer oriented with high level of service attitude.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Hardworking, extrovert, people focused and enthusiastic.
  • Have basic MS Office and data entry skills.
  • Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Willing to work in out of office locations when requested.

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries.
  • Greet, check in and announce customers’ arrival.
  • Managing the Sales Executive turn system.
  • Ensuring showroom is tidy and orderly.
  • Ensuring display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
  • Provide refreshments to customers.
  • General adhoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job description

Working days: 5 days per week

Off Days: 2 days per week

Working Hours:

Mon to Sat: 0830hrs to 1600hrs | 0830hrs to 1630hrs | 0830hrs to 1730hrs | 0830hrs to 1900hrs | 0900hrs to 1800hrs | 1000hrs to 1900hrs

Sun or PH: 0930hrs to 1700hrs | 0930hrs to 1730hrs |0930hrs to 1800hrs | 1000hrs to 1800hrs
