Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to serve as the Front Desk cum Admin Assistant. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g., data entry, document filing, photocopying, scanning).
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, including room bookings.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
  • Diploma or equivalent; or relevant experiences.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with a standard 9am–6pm.
  • Interaction with staff, clients, and visitors daily.
