Key Responsibilities
As a Dentalis Front Desk Receptionist, your role will encompass three core areas:
️ Five-Star Patient Experience
- Provide a concierge-level welcome to all patients, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Manage all communications (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins) with utmost professionalism and a polished demeanor.
- Curate seamless appointment scheduling with perfect timing, optimizing both patient convenience and clinic efficiency.
- Anticipate and address patient needs with attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure their comfort.
- Dispense medications accurately according to doctors' prescriptions.
️ Service Excellence Operations
- Maintain impeccable front desk operations and uphold the highest standards of clinic ambiance.
- Ensure flawless patient registration and billing processes, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Process CHAS/Medisave claims with precision and in a timely manner.
- Serve refreshments to patients with thoughtful hospitality.
Clinic Operations Precision
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the reception area, pantry, and toilets.
- Uphold meticulous record-keeping in full compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Coordinate with dental laboratories with clockwork reliability.
- Manage inventory of dental products and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team, contributing to seamless clinic operations.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum N/O Levels or ITE certification.
- Exceptional command of English (proficiency in Mandarin/Malay advantageous).
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation is a must.
- Possesses natural warmth and an innate ability to put others at ease.
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Exhibits grace and composure when working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
