Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional and personable Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and support our team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front desk operations, deliver excellent customer service, and play a key role in supporting our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate, timely information about our services.
Perform front desk administrative duties, including mail handling, filing, and data entry.
Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed.
Assist in sourcing and coordinating with property agents to enhance co-living opportunities.
Prepare basic reports or documentation related to customer service.
Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of basic CRM tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with property agent coordination or real estate-related tasks is a plus.
Willingness and ability to commit to working over the weekend on a shift basis.
