Academia is seeking a full-time Customer Service Executive who is outgoing, meticulous, and well-spoken.

Candidates passionate about providing quality customer service and engaging interactions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide general front desk assistance to walk-in students and parents.
  2. Respond to phone and online queries regarding classes, replacement lessons, teachers, curriculum, and policies.
  3. Assist students and parents with registration and scheduling changes by updating the student database.
  4. Assist with invoicing and payments via credit card or bank transfer.
  5. Handle and resolve special requests and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
  6. Provide administrative support to teachers, including printing, photocopying, and scanning.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate clearly with clients speaking either language.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new applications.
  • Previous experience in front-facing customer service is a plus.
  • Off days on Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Salary: $3000 to $3500.
