What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Attend to walk-in enquires from the Public.

  • Resolve enquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

  • Provide constructive feedbacks on tool, resources, procedures and guideline to enhance workflow and the customer experience.

  • Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedure.

  • Handling and managing of escalation issues in a proficient manner.

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least the GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any field

  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in retail or front desk field is ideal for this position.

  • Possesses strong time management skills and is motivated to exceed expectations.

  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify the cause of problems & recommend solutions.

  • Comfortable with standing and moving around within work premises.

  • Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.

Additional Information:

Working Location: Bukit Panjang (opposite Cashew MRT)

Working Hours - Cashew: Five (5) days work week from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and 8:00am to 1:00pm (Rotational half day in Saturday, once per month)

Salary Remuneration: Monthly Basic Salary + Incentive of up to S$200 (2nd month after go LIVE)

Training Period:Up to 4 weeks (mandatory to pass training)
