Qualifications

  • 1+ year of front desk or administrative experience preferred.
  • Singapore citizen/Permanent Resident preferred; basic knowledge of business etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Handle visitor reception, registration and guidance; answer and transfer calls.
  • Manage office supplies distribution, express delivery and receiving, and keep the front desk area tidy.
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling, travel ticket booking and other administrative support.
  • Maintain updates of basic information such as company contact list and business cards.
