Job summary
A local educational institution in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle front-desk duties, provide logistical support for events, and manage basic office tasks. Candidates should possess at least GCE 'N' Level qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing front-desk duties, including handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries
- Providing logistical and administrative support for school events and functions
- Performing general administrative tasks such as document preparation, verification,filing, and data entry
- Disseminating information to staff and students as required
- Supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes, including administrative matters and data entry
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the General Office
- Receiving goods deliveries, checking quantities, and informing the Goods Receipt Officer or Admin staff
- Attending to students who are leaving school early
- Providing basic first-aid, attending to unwell students, and contacting parents where necessary
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by the school, such as printing
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification
- At least 2 years of front desk or administrative experience in a primary school General Office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous,disciplined, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and open to taking on new responsibilities
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM (inclusive of a 45-minute lunch break)
