Job description

Location: Central Singapore (Hybrid work arrangement available)
Working Hours:

  • Mon–Thur: 8:30am – 6:00pm

  • Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
    (1-hour lunch break from 1:00pm – 2:00pm)

Contract Duration: 1 year contract (ASAP, extendable)
Salary Range: $2,700 – $3,000/month (depending on years of experience)

About the Role:
Join a dedicated team supporting international capacity-building programmes and study visits. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth programme operations—from logistics and finance to communications and records management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistical, operational, and administrative support for capacity-building courses and visits.

  • Assist with procurement and finance processes related to programme execution.

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documentation and programme records.

  • Support the promotion and publicity of programmes (e.g. drafting content, tracking outreach).

  • Help monitor and respond to queries from the shared mailbox.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support ongoing programme needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent [FRESH POLY GRAD WELCOMED]

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Minimum 1 year admin experience (e.g., internship, part-time, or full-time role)

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous with strong time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
