Job description

    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Expert with proficiency in the French language to join our team in Chennai. As a Process Expert specializing in French Voice, your primary responsibility will involve creating and maintaining processes, procedures, and documentation tailored to our French-speaking clients.Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and updating process documentation, procedures, and guidelines specifically designed for French-speaking clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and work towards enhancing efficiency and productivity by analyzing and optimizing process workflows. In addition, you will be responsible for crafting training materials, user guides, and other documentation to facilitate the understanding of our products and services by our French-speaking clients. Furthermore, you will provide technical support and training to ensure the needs of our French-speaking clients are met and maintained.To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar domain. Proficiency in both French and English is essential, with a native-level fluency in French being a requirement. A deep understanding of French business culture and customs, coupled with experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation, will be advantageous.
