What we're looking for

• Diploma in Supply Chain

• Strong interest in freight forwarding or logistics operations

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage freight forwarding operations, including domestic and international shipments (Seafreight/Airfreight/Land Transport)

• Liaise with customers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely delivery of goods

• Prepare and process all necessary documentation, such as bills of lading, customs clearance forms, and invoices

• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers

• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process

• Maintain accurate records and data related to all freight forwarding activities

• Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
