Small-sized Freight Forwarding company hiring for an Operations position. Main business includes Sea Freight FCL, LCL, Breakbulk, and RORO.

• 5-day work week, Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
• Rotational work-from-home shift.
• Small, supportive, and flexible family-style work environment.
• Casual dress code; not required to wear formal office attire daily.
• People-centric management with flexible policies.
• Pre-Covid, staff could work from home on rotation, provided they are responsible and perform duties reliably and promptly.
• Not suitable for absolute beginners due to limited training resources.
• Not suitable for individuals who are unwilling to assist with occasional urgent cases after hours, given industry nature.

Hiring experienced and confident candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Capable of independently handling freight and logistics operations, coordination, and paperwork with minimal supervision.
• Licensed to declare customs permits for exports and imports.
• Familiar with and able to use Sysfreight (Sysmagic) system.

Job responsibilities include:

• Booking FCL/LCL/RORO with carriers and co-loaders.
• Coordinating with clients on cargo consolidation.
• Communicating with vendors (transporters, hauliers, warehouses) regarding cargo readiness and deliveries.
• Engaging with overseas agents (sending pre-alerts, checking rates).
• Invoicing.
• General customer service duties such as client communication, emailing BLs/DOs, and dispatch arrangements.
