Job summary

Tuck Lee Ice Pte. Ltd. is seeking an onsite technician to install, service, and repair refrigerators and freezer fridges across locations in Singapore.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a valid Class 3 driving licence and 0–2 years of onsite experience. O level education or above is preferred, with certifications in refrigerant handling or electrical safety considered

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class 3 Singapore driving licence.
• 0–2 years of onsite technician experience in consumer electronics or appliances preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair freezer/fridge cooling issues.
• Provide clear explanations to customers and maintain high CSAT.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure refrigerators and freezer fridges to ensure full operational functionality.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to sustain equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot onsite issues independently to achieve first-time fixes.
• Follow all safety protocols during repair and maintenance work.
• Provide clear explanations to customers to maintain high CSAT.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during service visits.
• Record service reports, parts usage and customer feedback promptly.
• Diagnose and repair returned products in-house efficiently.
• Arrange warehouse spare parts and manage disposal as needed.
• Execute ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the reporting manager.

You will install, maintain, and repair refrigerators and freezer fridges, ensuring operational functionality and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols and documenting service activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure refrigerators and freezer fridges to ensure full operational functionality
• Perform routine preventative maintenance services to sustain equipment reliability
• Diagnose and troubleshoot onsite issues independently to achieve first-time fixes and minimize repeat repairs
• Follow all safety protocols during repair and maintenance work
• Provide clear explanations to customers to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during service visits
• Collect and document customer feedback to support product and service improvements
• Accurately record service reports, parts usage, and customer feedback in a timely manner
• Diagnose and repair returned products in-house efficiently
• Arrange warehouse spare parts and manage disposal activities as needed
• Execute ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by the reporting manager

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 0–2 years of onsite technician experience in the consumer electronics industry
• Ability to troubleshoot freezer fridge coolness issues effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate technical issues clearly to users
• Certificates or licenses related to welding, electrical work, plumbing, or refrigerant handling are advantageous
• O level education or above

Other Information

• Working hours: 5-day work week with willingness to perform overtime as required
