Job Description:

Pinkvilla is seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Anchor/Host to create engaging content for our audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interviewing, anchoring, storytelling, and digital content production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Anchor & Host: Act as the face of Pinkvilla's YouTube channel.
2. Content Creation: Conceptualize and develop engaging video ideas. Prepare detailed questionnaires and scripts for interviews.
3. Production Oversight: Collaborate with video editors and production teams to ensure seamless editing and quality output. Provide creative direction in post-production.
4. YouTube Shorts Management: Guide and mentor interns in creating YouTube Shorts. Oversee the development of engaging short-form content.
5. Content Expansion: Lead the conceptualization and hosting of new shows or formats that align with the brand.
6. Ownership: Responsible for end-to-end production of all podcast and video content, from ideation to final output.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 4+ years in podcast anchoring with a strong portfolio of hosted shows or episodes.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi.
3. Creative Leadership: Ability to conceptualize new ideas, drive content strategy, and lead production.
4. Editing Knowledge: Basic understanding of video editing processes and collaboration with editors.
