Freelance Event Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and resourceful Freelance Event Coordinator to join our team and help bring events to life!

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements for events.
2. Plan, organize, and execute events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and themed parties.
3. Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
4. Manage event timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution.
5. Provide creative input for event concepts, themes, and decor.
6. Handle client communication professionally and promptly throughout the event planning process.
7. Troubleshoot and problem-solve during events to address any last-minute challenges.
8. Ensure all events align with The Party Plan’s quality standards and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management (freelance or full-time).
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. A good network of vendors, suppliers, and venues in Singapore is a plus.
6. Creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving under pressure.
7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events.
8. Proficiency in Google Workspace, event planning software, or other project management tools is an advantage.
