Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products.
  3. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements.
  5. Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:
