The Role

Role Overview

The India Country Analyst will be responsible for providing in-depth research and expert analysis on political, social, and human rights developments in India. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a background in law, academia, journalism, or NGOs to contribute to legal cases, reports, and publications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough research and provide analysis on political, social, and human rights issues in India.
  2. Offer expert commentary and insights to support legal cases and academic work.
  3. Review documents and deliver well-researched reports on time.
  4. Collaborate with teams and clients to meet deadlines and project goals.
Ideal Profile
  1. Individuals with proven experience dealing with prevalent human rights, social and political issues in India.
  2. Accreditation/Membership to professional organizations that demonstrate your expertise in the field.
  3. Any published work including books/articles/reports addressing human rights, social, and political challenges in the region.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  5. Ability to work remotely and provide insights on a case-by-case basis.
  6. Proven track record and credentials in providing expert commentary on India.
