Job summary

CONCOCTED AFFAIRS PTE. LTD. is seeking freelance bartenders for a 2-month activation at Changi Airport.

Shifts run daily from 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM, with pay options based on commitment: 5500–6000 SGD per month if all shifts are taken, or 175–200 SGD per shift for half the shifts. You will craft cocktails, deliver premium service, educate travellers about the brand, and maintain brand storytelling while encouraging product exploration.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Good cocktail preparation skills and basic spirits knowledge.
• Outgoing, approachable and confident with international travellers.
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to undergo brand and cocktail training.
• Have your own black blazer, white formal shirt, black dress pants and black dress shoes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in cocktail quality, taste and presentation.
• Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked and ready for daily operations.
• Proactively welcome travellers and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Introduce the brand and the exclusive cocktail experience.
• Engage guests through friendly conversations and share basic brand knowledge about their products.
• Encourage guests to explore the brand's other products.
• Highlight the spirits featured in each cocktail and their unique taste profiles.
• Recommend products based on guests' preferences.
• Monitor cocktail redemptions and daily consumption.
• Track inventory usage and flag low stock levels.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Share shopper feedback, popular cocktails and observations with the activation team.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable cocktail experience and stronger brand appreciation.

Hiring freelance bartenders for 2-month-long activation, from 1NOV2026-31DEC2026 in Changi Airport
Daily shifts from 230pm-10pm

Payout: $5500-6000/month if you commit all shifts OR

$175-200/shift if you commit minimally half the shifts

This is a Contract for Service- there's no employer CPF contributions & you handle your own MediSave contributions, if applicable
