Job summary

UWC South East Asia in Singapore seeks a Freelance Assistant Rugby Coach [IEC] for an immediate seasonal start at UWCSEA East. You will deliver high-standard rugby programmes tailored to multiple age groups within our K-12 community.

Plan creative, age-appropriate sessions, collaborate with students, teachers and staff, and maintain safety and equipment across all sessions. A relevant rugby coaching qualification and First Aid/CPR or safeguarding training are preferred or willingness to obtain

UWCSEA East seeks qualified candidates for the position of Freelance Assistant Rugby Coach [IEC] with an immediate start date for seasonal work. The Day-to-Day

• Deliver engaging, high-standard K-12 rugby programmes tailored to various age groups and ability levels.
• Plan and teach creative, age-appropriate, and innovative coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with students, teachers, and broader UWCSEA staff members.
• Maintain safety standards and manage equipment effectively across all sessions.

The Details

• Relevant rugby coaching qualification or equivalent coaching experience.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification and Child Protection/Safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven track record in individual skill development, team strategy, and student engagement in a diverse school setting.
