About The Role

Generative AI models are improving rapidly, and one of our goals is to enable them to address specialized questions and complex reasoning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various topics in Accounting (GAAP or IFRS), developing references and task examples.
• Experts Acquisition: Conduct interviews and assess qualification tests to ensure expert competency.
• Chat Moderation: Support project-related inquiries from experts in Discord chats, especially regarding project guidelines.
• Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring alignment with guidelines, providing feedback, verifying expertise, and editing content to improve quality.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Budget Analyst, Controller, Corporate Accountant, Cost Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, Operations Finance Analyst, Strategic Finance Analyst, Manufacturing Accountant, Plant Controller, Financial Analyst, Treasury Analyst, Capital Budgeting Analyst, Internal Auditor, Variance Analyst, Profitability Analyst, etc.
• Advanced (C1) or higher level of English.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
• Extensive experience in Management Accounting.
• Willingness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
• This freelance role is fully remote; you need a laptop, internet, available time, and enthusiasm.
