Job summary

50NFIFTY PRODUCTIONS is seeking a 2D Animator to collaborate on an upcoming animated video project.

This is a project-based freelance contract, with work anchored to an established visual direction and delivering animation that brings characters, environments and stories to life.

You will work with our creative team, animate based on storyboards, ensure clean file organization, implement feedback, and deliver animation that meets technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of 2D animation principles, timing and storytelling.
• Ability to animate characters with personality and expression.
• Good file organisation and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable collaborating with a production/creative team.
• Experience with children''s content or explainer videos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Animate 2D characters and environments based on storyboards.
• Create natural character movements, gestures and reactions.
• Develop transitions and supporting animated elements.
• Deliver final animation and organised working files per specs.
• Incorporate feedback throughout production.
