Job Title:

Franchisee Manager / Franchise Director

Monthly Salary:

$5,000 – $16,000 (depending on experience and network)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and expansion of the franchise network locally and regionally.
  • Identify, attract, and recruit suitable franchise partners in line with the brand’s growth strategy.
  • Manage and support franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational excellence, and business profitability.
  • Develop and implement franchising strategies, policies, and best practices to support sustainable growth.
  • Negotiate franchise agreements and manage ongoing franchisee relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and legal teams to facilitate successful franchise onboarding and setup.
  • Oversee franchise training programs and assist franchisees in pre-opening and post-opening stages.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in franchise development, business expansion, or sales management (higher experience for Director level).
  • Strong network of potential franchise contacts is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing franchise portfolios or similar partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Willing to travel as required for franchise development purposes.
