• Track customer orders from production to delivery
• Arrange international shipments via FedEx and DHL which includes Regulatory and customs documentations

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels of packaging components, and finished goods
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments
• Provide timely updates on shipment status and proactively resolve delivery issues
