Fragrance Coordinator (1 year Contract) - Your future position?

As the Fragrance Coordinator, you will assist the Category Evaluation & Gallery Management Team with daily project management and evaluation support.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible for:

1. Assisting with application sample requests and stability requests in the system.
2. Entering customer sample requests in the system, checking sample quality with the evaluator, preparing paperwork for dispatch to the customer, and sending confirmation and tracking number.
3. Maintaining and requesting samples and product benchmarks needed for evaluation tests.
4. Coordinating samples and results with Fragrance land and organizing smelling sessions for new product launches evaluation.
5. Organizing internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, examples include triangle tests, strength, and preference tests.
6. Preparing samples, labels, etc., for project purposes, GP kits, and Gallery activities.

Your professional profile includes:

1. Polytechnic or bachelor degree graduate in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Good level of English (written and spoken).
3. Minimum experience of at least 1-2 years in related fields.
4. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
