Fragrance Coordinator (1 year Contract) - Your future position?

As the Fragrance Coordinator, you will assist the Category Evaluation & Gallery Management Team with daily project management and evaluation support.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you will also be responsible for:

• Assisting with application sample requests and stability requests in the system.
• Entering customer sample requests in the system, checking sample quality with the evaluator, preparing paperwork for dispatch to customers, and sending confirmation and tracking numbers.
• Maintaining and requesting samples as well as maintaining product benchmarks needed for evaluation tests.
• Coordinating samples and results with Fragrance land, and organizing smelling sessions for new product launches evaluation.
• Organizing internal & panel evaluations following evaluation or customer protocols, including triangle tests, strength, and preference tests.
• Preparing samples, labels, etc., for project purposes, GP kits, and Gallery activities.

• Polytechnic or bachelor degree graduate in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
