HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Are you a proactive learner, passionate about Fragrance, sales driven, have a skilled in customer experience, and a good team player? We would like to present you with the opportunity to join us.

In this role, you will act as our brand ambassador in promoting our Fragrance products at any of our various stores located in Central of Singapore.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  1. Act as our brand ambassador in promoting our Fragrance products.
  2. Promote Cartier Fragrance products over the assigned counter.
  3. Welcome and interact with customers, share solid product knowledge, and convert opportunities to sales.
  4. Deliver excellent customer service by providing professional consultations.
  5. Maintain basic housekeeping and abide by all operation procedures.
  6. Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions; replenish stocks as needed.
  7. Ensure counter cleanliness, proper presentation of products and testers on shelves.

YOUR PROFILE/KEY SKILLS

  1. To be a successful candidate, you must be sales driven and customer-service oriented.
  2. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of sales experience; past exposure in beauty or luxury industry is an added advantage.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrate interests and/or knowledge of Fragrance products.
  5. Proactive and demonstrate willingness to learn.
  6. Responsible and able to work independently.
  7. Meticulous attention to details.
