Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years in offshore oil & gas or marine conversion.
• At least one FPSO/ offshore vessel project lifecycle experience.
• Experience conducting design reviews to prevent shipyard variation orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews of engineering packages for construction.
• Identify design gaps and resolve VO issues before drawings are issued.
• Monitor comments, responses, and close-out status; manage VOs with Project Manager.
• Oversee conduct of shipyard interface and ensure constructability of designs.
