Job description

    You have an exciting opportunity as an FPNA Manager in Kolkata. With over 15 years of experience in finance & accounts, including at least 10 years in FP&A, you will play a key role in financial assessments and scenario analysis. Your expertise in FP&A will be crucial as you prepare Budget-to-Actual reports for Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, and conduct Variance Analysis.Your responsibilities will also include collecting and uploading data into Hyperion, presenting performance reports to senior management, and identifying business impact ideas for implementation. Working closely with senior management, you will contribute to business growth, prepare MIS reports, and lead periodical reviews with stakeholders.Your exposure to IFRS and experience in managing audits (Internal & external) will be valuable. You will identify process gaps, manage customer floor walks, and ensure effective SLA & KPI management. Additional desirable skills such as Six Sigma Green Belt certification, transition experience, and cross-functional training management will be advantageous.Your positive attitude, flexibility in working hours, and advanced Excel knowledge are essential for success in this role. You will be required to work five days in the office and be open to New Zealand shifts.
