Job summary

Findoc Investmart Private Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into Russia and other key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in onboarding FPI clients and cultivating relationships with HFT firms.

You will leverage deep knowledge of trading products, technology, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions to identify opportunities, build strategic plans, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree with a strong academic background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in onboarding FPI clients.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of trading products, financial markets, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliances related to FPI investments.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new FPI clients in Singapore and other targeted markets.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the financial industry, including HFT companies.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and seminars.
