Job summary

XILINX Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an end-to-end supply planning lead for FPGA/ASIC products to support Adaptive and Embedded Computing growth. You will manage supply across functions and geographies, driving KPI attainment and process improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, decision-making, and comfort with uncertainty, with collaboration across groups to optimize inventory, schedules, and NPIs.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Research background.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with data-driven approach.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meet SCM KPI targets: milestone delivery, on-time delivery, revenue attainment.
• Collaborate with functions to communicate priorities and close operational gaps.
• Analyze shortages and drive expedites to close the gap proactively.
• Manage supply and position inventory to meet new product milestones and demand ramp.
• Transform demand into a master schedule to meet customer deliveries.
• Lead continuous improvement and change management to increase productivity.
• Support NPIs by minimizing excess supply and coordinating with teams.
