HANWHA OCEAN GLOBAL PROJECT EXECUTION CENTER PTE. LTD. is seeking an FP&A Manager in Singapore to lead management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across projects and entities.

The role combines cost accounting with strategic analytics and cross-entity governance support, reporting to Head of P&M (SGP). The position offers hands-on cost accounting, strong interaction with HQ Strategy Office, and potential expansion into governance documentation and business development support

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 10+ years of Finance/FP&A or management accounting experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and entities.
• Excellent English communication; Korean proficiency is required for HQ coordination.

Aufgaben

• Own project cost allocation across projects and cost centers.
• Manage intercompany cost recharge and billing between entities.
• Lead monthly management accounting close and ensure proper reconciliation.
• Refine cost allocation and recharge policies in line with intercompany agreements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the company.
• Prepare and consolidate the Monthly Business Report for senior management.
• Track KPI performance and provide clear narrative for decision making.
• Develop financial models to support planning, scenarios, and project economics.
• Support cash flow monitoring and treasury reporting.
