As the FP&A Manager, you will report to the Finance Director and play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, business partnering, and performance management across retail and supply chain operations.

Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will:

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights and variance commentary
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support cost control and revenue strategies
• Prepare financial models for new store openings, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend action plans to improve profitability
• Support monthly management reporting and presentations to senior leadership

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• At least 5 years of FP&A or related finance experience, in F&B, retail, or FMCG industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP and BI tools is a plus
• Business partnering mindset and excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, indepedent and thrives in a fast-paced environment
