We are currently working with a leading global logistics MNC that is looking to hire a dynamic FP&A Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving group-level reporting and analysis, performing data quality checks, and supporting key budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end financial planning and reporting cycles, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Drive group-level budgeting and forecasting, analysing consolidated performance, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and variances.
• Collaborate across finance, accounting, and treasury teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment in financial reporting.
• Perform data integrity checks and enhance business intelligence tools to support evolving analytical and reporting needs.
• Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for leadership meetings and board discussions.
• Participate in strategic meetings to understand key performance drivers, challenge assumptions, and guide business decisions with robust financial analysis.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting, or related field; with professional certifications (ie. CA/CPA)
• At least 7 years of experience within an MNC/group level setting
• Expertise in financial modelling and proficiency with data analytics tools
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex financial concepts
• Proven experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong stakeholder management
