Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Asia.
2. Deliver strategic financial analysis and insights to inform executive decision-making.
3. Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
4. Partner with key stakeholders to identify cost efficiencies, revenue drivers, and profitability enhancement strategies.
5. Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and business performance metrics.
6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting methodologies.
7. Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategy with overarching business objectives.

Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CA preferred.
2. At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, operating within a complex commercial organization of medium to large scale.
3. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
4. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance business partners and grow financial acumen.
5. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
6. Industry experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverages, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
