FP&A Manager - Fast Growing fintech

My client is a hypergrowth fintech firm and due to expansion, they are hiring a FP&A Manager to join their growing team.

You will play a key role in supporting the firm's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. In addition to managing financial reporting and business partnering, you'll lead process improvements and help implement technology solutions to streamline tasks. Key responsibilities include preparing financial reports for senior management, developing KPIs and dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives. You'll also work closely with cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in fintech or technology sectors will be highly preferred (Big 4 + commercial) will be advantageous
