FP&A Manager

We’re looking for a detail-driven Financial Planner & Analyst to join our team, with a focus on solar PV investments. Candidates with strong relevant experience may be offered a Senior FP&A title.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to assess project feasibility and optimize returns (IRR, NPV, cash flow). Factor in costs, incentives, financing, and revenue forecasts.

2. Investment Analysis: Evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and assess asset valuations using DCF and other methods.

3. Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

4. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and incentive programs.

5. Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on project performance and investment viability for stakeholders.

6. Financing Support: Help source financing, analyze terms, and liaise with financial partners on project economics and credit assessments.

7. Portfolio Management: Monitor existing investments, perform variance analysis, and report on performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA a plus

2. 5+ years of FP&A experience in renewable energy

3. Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills

4. Knowledge of energy regulations and financial structures

5. Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
