Job summary

Tapestry is offering a 6-month FP&A internship across SEA, supporting APAC brands under Coach and Kate Spade. You will gain exposure to business drivers, field operations, and hands-on process-improvement projects within a global retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a Finance or Accounting background, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a passion for data analytics, automation, and digital tools such as Power BI. This internship emphasizes collaboration, learning, and impactful reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support capital expenditure and depreciation management activities across APAC.
• Maintain and validate project information in TRIRIGA, including project status updates and supporting documentation reviews.
• Assist in capital project and depreciation reporting, reconciliation, and data quality checks.
• Support monthly depreciation close and validation processes.
• Support monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting, planning, and business analysis activities across APAC.
• Assist with reporting updates, accrual reviews, and planning file maintenance.
• Assist with marketing finance processes, including accrual tracking, supporting documentation reviews, and close file maintenance.
• Support quarterly outlook consolidation and reporting preparation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Support Power BI, AI, and other digital transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and operational processes through automation.
• Assist with ad-hoc task or reporting, analysis, and special projects as required.

Title: FP&A Intern

Report to: FP&A Senior Manager

Internship Period: 6 month (September 2026 - February 2027)

Primary Purpose

You will be part of a dynamic retail business environment and this role will be supporting FP&A Central of Excellence team in SEA across Brands under Tapestry's portfolio. As part of this internship, you will gain good exposure to business drivers and in-field operations in a global retail business. You will also gain hands on working experience on process improvement and data visualization projects.
