Job summary

LVMH F&C Singapore (LFCS) invites driven students for a 6-month internship in FP&A. You will support monthly closures for transportation and logistics costs, and help provide booking instructions to the accounting team.

You'll analyse variances versus the prior year and budget, evaluate brand profitability through monthly P&L reviews, and assist with monthly reporting to Brand Management. Proficiency in Excel is required; SAP and Power BI experience are a plus.

Qualifications

Able to commit 6 months of internship (Dec 26/Jan 27 to Jun/Jul 27).
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Analytical mind
Excel skills are required and experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus
Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing environment and business needs

Responsibilities

Ensure timely Month-End Closing for transportation and logistics activities, monitor and control associated costs, and provide booking instructions to the accounting team.
Analyse the main variances vs. last year and budget
Evaluate profitability of the Brands and conduct through analysing monthly P&L
Prepare monthly reporting for Brands Management
Review of controlling procedures and update, if needed
Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data
Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration
Ad hoc analysis and project follow up
