Job summary

LVMH Fragrances and Cosmetics (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites an Intern to join the FP&A team in Singapore for six months. You will work on month-end closing for transportation and logistics costs, analyze variances, and contribute to monthly brand profitability reporting.

You'll gain exposure to SAP and Power BI, build analytical skills, and collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months internship Dec 26/Jan 27 to Jun/Jul 27.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Analytical mind.
• Excel skills are required and experience with SAP and Power BI will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely Month-End Closing for transportation and logistics activities, monitor and control associated costs, and provide booking instructions to the accounting team.
• Analyse the main variances vs. last year and budget.
• Evaluate profitability of the Brands and conduct through analysing monthly P&L.
• Prepare monthly reporting for Brands Management.
• Review of controlling procedures and update, if needed.
• Streamline reporting processes and help to organize access to data.
• Maintain effective communication with third parties to ensure good collaboration.
• Ad hoc analysis and project follow up.
