Job Description

Purpose

  • Performance Tracking & Provide Insights to Business
  • Working on Power BI related models and refresh
  • Business Partnering to help drive efficiencies

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Finance Manager with Standards Setting, Long Range Plan, Latest Best Estimate forecasting processes.
    • Linking Files
    • Updating through various Review cycles
    • Generating scenarios (ad hoc)
  • Set up performance review process (Spend/HC/Project Expense/FA)
    • Conduct operational analysis to identify process inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
    • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
    • Summarize findings in clear and concise reports to support monthly and quarterly business metrics.
    • Create visually compelling charts and graphs to present insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Shared Services, Manufacturing teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
    • Combine and transform data from various sources to prepare for analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain Power BI models monthly. Cost allocation methodolog

    • Review existing data and suggest/provide justification.
    • Analyze fixed/variable spend by brand
  • Shopping Carts and Purchase Orders
    • Regular maintenance
    • Aging Metrics Management
Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in Excel
  • Power BI, SAP experience preferred
